During in-home lessons:

We ask that parents please observe from inside the home through a window to help minimize distractions and keep the swimmer on track and focused. Towards the end of the class when there is 5 minutes left, parents are welcome to join the pool area to observe their child’s progress.

 

Parent & Me lessons:

Parent and me lessons can accommodate up to 5 toddlers and guardians in one single session. The pool host is responsible for organizing and payment of classes. Parent and me swim lessons are designed for introducing your child to the water in a fun, safe and comfortable atmosphere. This class is play based and a great bonding experience for families. Please make sure your toddler is wearing a swim diaper for the duration of the class. Parent and me classes are for toddlers aged 6 months-2.5 years old. 

 

For crying or hesitant swimmers:

Please understand that it is normal for swimmers to cry when they are beginners and completely new to the water and swimming. It is important that you remain in another area so they can focus. This is a hurdle they will overcome. It may take time, but that’s why we're here to help!

 

Progress expectations:

Swimming is an important life skill. Each swimmer is different and everyone learns at their own pace. There is no guarantee that your swimmer will become a strong swimmer in one summer. We cannot put a timeline on how long your swimmer will take to learn, but they are in good hands with us! Patience is key. 

 

Goggles:

If your swimmer chooses to wear goggles, please make sure they do not cover the nose. We have goggles for sale upon request. They are $15.00.

 

Payment:

Payments must be made in full at time of booking. Please note that payments not received by the next business day will result in cancellation. Payments must be made through Vagaro after your dates are chosen and finalized.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation/Refunds:

Lessons cancelled by the swimmer with less than a 12 hour notice will be forfeited. In the unfortunate and unexpected event your instructor cancels and cannot make it, your lesson will be rescheduled for makeup. If lessons are cancelled by the swimmer with more than a 12 hour notice, your lesson is eligible for a makeup.
